Easy Egg Salad Sandwiches

What You Need:
  • Eggs (1 egg per sandwich) 
  • Mayonaise 
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Onion

  • Place your eggs into a pot of boiling water.
  • Boil for about 10 minutes 
  • Place in fridge or freezer until completely cool. 
  • Peel eggs and chop 
  • Add mayo, chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste to egg bowl. 
  • Mix well with a fork. 
  • Serve on bread with your favorite toppings.
