These nachos are an easy and fast dinner that is so interchangeable that every time we make them we add whatever we have on hand, and they always taste delicious!
Base Ingredients ;
~ 1 large Chicken Breast
~ Tortilla Chips
Optional Ingredients ;
~ Tomatoes *
~ Green Onions *
~ Bell Peppers
~ Salsa *
~ Sour Cream *

What to Do ;
First, heat a pan with a couple tablespoons of oil. Chop up your chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add to pan. Sprinkle with 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of taco seasoning. Saute until cooked.
Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray and add a generous layer of tortilla chips.
Sprinkle toppings on to chips generously. Add chicken once cooked.
Put nachos in preheated oven to 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
These nachos are great for using the leftover veges in your fridge.
