Chinese Noodle Cookies

These are one of my favourite drop cookie recipes. 

Ingredients ; 
~ 1 cup milk chocolate chips 
~ 3/4 cup of butterscotch chips 
~ chinese chow mein noodles (found mine at the bulk store)
  What To Do ; 
~ Melt both types of chips in a large pot over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning. 
~ Once everything is completely melted and smooth, add your chinese noodles by the handful and carefully stir. Add more noodles until you run out of chocolate.
~ Drop cookies onto lined cookie sheet by the spoonful. 
~ Allow to set for 30 minutes before enjoying. 
~ I store mine in a tupperware container in the fridge, but trust me they don't last long!
