- Eggs (1 egg per sandwich)
- Mayonaise
- Salt & Pepper
- Onion
- Place your eggs into a pot of boiling water.
- Boil for about 10 minutes
- Place in fridge or freezer until completely cool.
- Peel eggs and chop
- Add mayo, chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste to egg bowl.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Serve on bread with your favorite toppings.
